These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ee3333 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any individual who accesses any part of the website located at https://ee3333.app or any associated mobile interface. By accessing or using the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a precondition to using the ee3333 platform. Accessing games, placing bets, making deposits, or claiming any promotional offer constitutes an affirmative act of acceptance.

The date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between translations (if any are made available), the English-language version shall prevail.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the ee3333 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ee3333 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To be eligible to register and use the ee3333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from the ee3333 platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of ee3333 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

2.1 Age Verification Process

ee3333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. During the verification process, ee3333 may suspend withdrawals until satisfactory documentation is provided. Failure to provide adequate age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

2.2 Parental Controls

ee3333 strongly encourages parents and guardians to use third-party parental control software to restrict access to online gambling platforms on devices used by minors. If you become aware that a minor has accessed or used the ee3333 platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.

To access the full range of services available on the ee3333 platform, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

By submitting a registration form on the ee3333 platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance held, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on the ee3333 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ee3333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any balances or bonuses held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person and must not allow any other individual to access or use your account. ee3333 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ee3333 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. ee3333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP) on your account as an additional layer of security. This option is available within your account settings at no additional cost.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ee3333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its internal compliance policies. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit documentation including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (national ID card or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of your payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registered mobile number linked to your account). KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent point at ee3333's discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ee3333 may have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed.

ee3333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and ee3333 does not guarantee that any particular method will remain available continuously. Players are advised to check the cashier for current available options.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the ee3333 platform is ৳100 for mobile money methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and card payments may differ and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits are credited to your ee3333 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally credited instantly for mobile money methods; bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear in your account depending on the processing times of your bank.

ee3333 accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned to the source account where possible. Any account found to be receiving deposits from third-party accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified players are targeted for processing within one hour for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for other methods including bank transfers may be up to three business days. ee3333 does not guarantee specific processing times and reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount, which may extend the processing timeline.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your ee3333 account. ee3333 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that fail verification checks will be returned to your ee3333 balance and you will be notified by the support team.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ee3333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ee3333 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred when depositing from or withdrawing to non-BDT payment instruments are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.4 Deposit and Withdrawal Fees

ee3333 does not charge its players fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (for example bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ee3333's control. Players are advised to check the applicable fee schedule with their payment provider directly.

ee3333 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, or other incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the point of offer. By opting in to any promotion or claiming any bonus credit, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotional terms published at the time the offer is made. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over through eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved in respect of those funds. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 of qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus-derived balance is withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Specific contribution rates are stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Bets placed on games not eligible for wagering contribution do not count towards clearing bonus requirements.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free spin credits issued on the ee3333 platform carry an expiry date. If the applicable wagering requirement is not fulfilled before the expiry date, the unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the specific promotional terms. Players are responsible for being aware of and monitoring their bonus expiry dates via the account dashboard.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

ee3333 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct in relation to promotions includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"), and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, ee3333 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and recover any funds withdrawn in connection with the abuse.

5.4 Seasonal and Bangladeshi Market Promotions

ee3333 periodically runs promotional campaigns aligned with events significant to the Bangladesh market, including BPL cricket season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day. Details of active seasonal promotions are published in the promotions section of the platform when logged in. Past promotional availability does not guarantee future offers of the same type or value.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ee3333 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Creating more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated systems to interact with or gain an advantage on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer table games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the use of criminal proceeds.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as described in Section 5.3 of these Terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ee3333 staff members or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming limits or self-exclusion measures imposed on your account.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar service in a manner intended to circumvent geographic access restrictions or security systems.

This list is non-exhaustive. ee3333 reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action in any case not explicitly listed above if, in ee3333's reasonable judgment, the conduct is harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or event.

ee3333 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicion of underage gambling, or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder. Where an account is suspended, the player will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information where this is appropriate and legally permissible.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a request to [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ee3333 will process any outstanding balance (subject to KYC verification and standard withdrawal conditions) and close the account. If you close your account while a bonus is active, any uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited and the remaining bonus balance will be removed prior to processing your final withdrawal.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that they need to take a break from gambling or who are concerned about their gambling behaviour may request self-exclusion at any time. A self-exclusion request results in permanent account closure and the player may not re-register on the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour of receipt. 7.3 Effect of Closure on Balances

On closure of an account for breach of these Terms, ee3333 reserves the right to void any pending bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (for example, voluntary closure or regulatory requirements), available real-money balances will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to KYC verification and applicable processing times.

The ee3333 platform and all content, games, and services available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ee3333 makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the platform or its services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

ee3333 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services — including without limitation any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profit — regardless of whether ee3333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Service Interruptions

While ee3333 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond ee3333's control including internet service disruptions affecting Bangladesh. ee3333 will not be liable for any loss arising from service interruptions, and any bets affected by a genuine technical failure will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with ee3333's fair play principles.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games made available on the ee3333 platform are provided by independent third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While ee3333 takes reasonable steps to ensure the quality and fairness of all games offered, ee3333 does not accept liability for any errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from the software of third-party providers beyond the remedies offered through its own dispute resolution process.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the ee3333 internal dispute process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ee3333 platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
